- Go to your Outlook Calendar and open the meeting you want to take notes for.
- Click "Open in Web" to go to the note-taking page for this meeting on the Meeteor Website.
**You must be logged into Meeteor to go directly to this meeting page. If you are not logged in, you will be directed to the Meeteor log in page first. After you have logged in successfully, return to Outlook and click the "Open in Web" button again. Now you will be directed to the correct meeting page to begin taking notes.
- In the Meeteor web app, click on the "Take Notes" tab and hit "Add Notes/Tasks/Decisions/Learnings" link to start taking your first note. Click on the NTDL icons to categorize notes as Notes, Tasks, Decisions and Learnings. Learn more about note types here.
