There are two meeting roles in the Meeteor system- facilitator and notetaker.
In a Meeteor meeting in Outlook, you can hover on a person's name and a down arrow will appear on the right. Click on the arrow and select a role for that participant.
Can't assign role to an individual? Check the icon beside their name. Only people with a Meeteor icon have an account in Meeteor and can be assigned as facilitator or notetaker.
