- The meeting agenda is now in your inbox, calendar & on Meeteor.
- Attach links in addition to documents for prework, tasks, and more.
- Completed tasks have their own list.
- Goodbye 'Channel' - hello 'Workspace'
Meeting agendas in the email invitation: More information, easier access.
All of your meeting participants and guests now receive the meeting agenda in their inbox. When they save the meeting on their calendar, the agenda is automatically included in the calendar event description. All the information stays easily accessible. Meeteor users can also use the link found in the email and calendar event to quickly get to the meeting in Meeteor to start taking notes.
Attach a link to your online documents: More flexibility, easier version control.
In additional to uploading a document from your computer, you can now attach links anywhere you see "Add a Document" - agenda prework, task details or the workspace Documents page. Learn more.
View completed tasks in a separate list: Less cluttered, more focused.
When you check off an item on the Tasks page in a workspace or on your My Tasks page, it will automatically move to the completed list section at the bottom, so you can stay focused on the upcoming tasks. Learn more...
"Workspace" is now how you group your meetings: Same functionality, simpler terminology.
A number of you shared that the term 'channel' is not intuitive and we heard you. We've renamed channel as 'workspace' so you can group your meetings for a project, team, department- however you want to stay organized.
