In this article, you'll learn:
- What types of advanced formatting does Meeteor have?
- How do I format my text in Meeteor?
- How do I undo the formatting?
- Where can I use advanced formatting?
- Why can't I add a link to this text?
- What's the difference between making text a link and attaching a link?
Meeteor formatting includes Bold, italic, link, bulleted list and numbered list.
Reminder: Don't forget to add "http://" at the beginning of the link.
Select the text you want to format and the formatting bar will appear above the text. Select the formatting option you would like to apply to the text. You can use multiple formatting options on text if you like by repeating the process.
If you want to undo a specific formatting, just select the text and click on the option again. For example, if you italicized a phrase and you want to undo it, just select the phrase and click 'italic' again.
You can use advanced formatting almost anywhere you have text input fields, including most of the items on the meeting agenda page, meeting notes, task detail panes, Decision page and Learnings page.
We don't support hyperlinks for the following text fields:
- Workspace Name
- Meeting Name
- Section Name
- Task Name
For Sections and Tasks, you can attach a document or add a link directly to the task in the detail pane on the right or add a link as text in the task detail Note area.
Text that is formatted as a link will not appear on the Documents page of the Workspace. Links that are 'attached' via an 'Attach Document' button will appear on the Documents page.
