The meeting summary provides a high-level view of the meeting, including the desired outcomes, agenda items and notes sorted by category.

Click the "View Summary" tab to view an organized snapshot of all the notes captured during the meeting.
The meeting facilitator and other participants can use this page to keep the conversation on track with the agenda and stay aligned with the meeting desired outcomes. At the end of the meeting, the note-taker can report out the high-level summary of the Decisions and Tasks to confirm agreement.
Click the 'Send Summary' button (found on the Take Note and View Summary tabs) to send the meeting summary by email to all the participants.
Meeting notes are always accessible on the Meeting page, but it is useful, especially for anyone who did not attend the meeting, to receive the recap by email. The email will contain all the information on the View Summary tab, along with the list of meeting participants, meeting date and time.
