Task Groups keep your tasks organized within a workspace. When a meeting note is recorded as a task, you can assign it to an existing Task Group that was previously created, to the default Backburner Task Group, or create a new Section to house this to-do.
In this article, you'll learn:
- Click "T" (Task) as the note type and use the Task Group dropdown menu to select Create New Task Group.
- Input the name of the new Task Group in the overlay and hit 'Create Task Group'.
Your new meeting task is now associated with the new task group you created. This task group now functions like all other sections and is available in the Task Group dropdown menu of a (T) task meeting note and on the Tasks page.
Yes. There are no floating tasks in Meeteor, because we believe that a task can easily fall through the cracks if there's no context for how the tasks fits into the bigger picture. Click here to get inspiration on how to name task groups to optimize your team's work.
