When you first sign up with Meeteor, you're on a 14-day no obligation trial. During this time, you have access to all of Meeteor's features, including unlimited meetings, thoughtful meeting agendas, meeting invitations, summaries, effective note-taking, task management, calendar and chat integrations and more. There are absolutely no limitations during the trial, and you can add as many user accounts as you'd like.
What happens after my trial?
We'll send you reminders by email near the end of your trial, so you don't need to worry about the dates. If you decide to stick around (and we hope you do!), as an organization admin, you will be prompted to enter your payment information. No need to choose a plan. Meeteor will automatically recognize your team size and place you on the right plan.
To avoid any interruption, we recommend you to update your payment information before the trial ends, so all the users in your organization can access the information in Meeteor without disruption.
If you're a user, not an admin of your organization on Meeteor, and your free trial ends without an admin entering payment information, the next time you log in or access a meeting, you'll be temporarily redirected to the organization page, but don't worry! All your meetings and data remain safe in your account. To restore access, just contact your org admin(s) and ask them to update the payment info.
Do I have to wait 14 days before upgrading?
Not at all! If you've fallen in love with Meeteor, you can upgrade at any time on your organization settings page by entering your payment information. If you don't have access to the organization details, reach out to the Org Admin(s), who can update the billing information on your organization's account. Click on "Users" beside your organization name to view a list of organization admins and users.
Will I be charged at the end of the trial?
You won't be charged unless you input a credit card number on your Organization Settings page.
What if I have a coupon code?
On the Organization Settings page, add/update your payment information first and then scroll to the Coupon section and input the coupon code you received. Click "Update Organization" and your coupon will be applied.
